All tools below are available directly in your PuckBet account settings. They take effect immediately and can only be relaxed after a mandatory cooling-off period.

Cool-Off Period

Self-Exclusion
Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from PuckBet for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. We will not market to you during exclusion.
