These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuckBet platform operated by PuckBet Canada Ltd. ("PuckBet", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To use PuckBet you must:

• Be at least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your province, whichever is higher)
• Be physically located in Canada at the time of placing any wager
• Not be self-excluded from any Canadian gaming platform
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of PuckBet

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your credentials secure. PuckBet may require identity, age, and location verification at any time. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Minimum deposit: CAD $10. Minimum withdrawal: CAD $20. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods used for deposits (AML requirement). PuckBet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

4. Betting Rules

All bets are subject to PuckBet's applicable sport-specific rules available in the Help Centre. PuckBet reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed on incorrect or erroneous odds
• Limit, restrict, or close accounts of professional or advantage players
• Refuse or void bets where integrity concerns exist
• Suspend markets and delay payouts pending event verification

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms issued with each promotion. General terms include: one account per customer per household, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal, bonus abuse will result in account closure. PuckBet may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

6. Responsible Gambling

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated bots, software, or exploits to gain unfair advantage
• Match fixing, corruption, or insider betting
• Money laundering or using PuckBet to process illicit funds
• Opening multiple accounts (bonus abuse)
• Sharing accounts with third parties
• Chargebacks on deposits that have been wagered

8. Intellectual Property

All content on puckbet.com, including logos, graphics, text, software, and odds data, is the property of PuckBet Canada Ltd. and protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuckBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability in any case shall not exceed your account balance at the time of the incident.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province where you reside. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

11. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
